The Durham-Hythe Experience was created by Gerry Coates and Matt Bruce as an alternative to the traditional vacation rental. In 2013, Gerry and Matts chance meeting in Mykonos, Greece, blossomed into a romance and a mutual passion for extraordinary travel experiences. Their global journeys exposed them to what truly elevates a vacation rental from ordinary to exceptional. Drawing on their expertise in construction, interior design, and clinical psychology, they founded a luxury vacation rental and events company dedicated to crafting unparalleled experiences.
